Winsec Financial Services, a division of Blackstone Moregate

As Blackstone Moregate has grown, it has sought to extend its reach and add to its expertise. That is why, in the spring of 2010, we acquired Winsec Financial Services Limited (Winsec). Based in Braxted Park, Essex, Winsec was formed in the early 80s by Claude Brownlow, who already had over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Acountant in the UK and overseas. Stephen Hardisty joined from KPMG in 1990 as a shareholder/director.

For over 25 years, Winsec has specialised in holistic financial planning solutions for both individuals and businesses, advising clients in the North Essex and Suffolk areas. We found its approach and culture fitted well with Blackstone Moregate. With Winsec, we now offer a great wealth of expertise and have combined assets under management of around £165 million.
