Subhash has practised as a professional Chartered Accountant for over 25 years and is actively involved in advising UK and international corporations in conducting business in the UK as well as cross-border joint ventures. He has founded an equity fund investing in the Indian equity market and recently launched a real estate fund for India jointly with Old Mutual Group of South Africa. He sits on the Board of the London Chamber of Commerce and was formerly the chairman of the Asian Business Association in the UK.

Vijay is a founding director of Blackstone Moregate. He passionately believes in financial planning and has extensive experience in advising UK and non-domiciled clients. Before that he spent many years with Prudential, as a Financial Consultant and then as an Executive Consultant. Prior to that he worked with trading houses in Switzerland and London. Vijay is always keen to explore and work with innovative ideas, and take advantage of new opportunities in a changing and challenging environment. He has a collaborative approach to work, where all parties work together to achieve a common goal. Outside of work he raises funds for charity.
