Vijay is a founding director of Blackstone Moregate. He passionately believes in financial planning and has extensive experience in advising UK and non-domiciled clients. Before that he spent many years with Prudential, as a Financial Consultant and then as an Executive Consultant. Prior to that he worked with trading houses in Switzerland and London. Vijay is always keen to explore and work with innovative ideas, and take advantage of new opportunities in a changing and challenging environment. He has a collaborative approach to work, where all parties work together to achieve a common goal. Outside of work he raises funds for charity.

Richard is a founding director of Blackstone Moregate with considerable experience in financial services. Qualified to diploma level, he is working towards chartered status. An accredited member of Resolution, he specialises in pensions and divorce. Richard has good working relationships with accountants and solicitors and is often invited to speak at professional conferences. He believes in providing a holistic, professional and highly personalised service to help ensure his clients meet their financial objectives.

With his Dip PFS (Personal Finance Society Diploma) Jiro is a highly qualified IFA and paraplanner. He works with our other advisors in strategy planning and advising our Japanese clients on all aspects of their finances. Before joining Blackstone Moregate, Jiro worked for a number of Japanese firms, including media and publishing companies.

Alpa is a Paraplanner with over 10 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry. She has an economics degree from University of Westminster and has obtained the Financial Planning Certificate. She wishes to continue studying in order to further her technical knowledge in various areas of the industry.

She has a law degree from University College London and originally took the Solicitors Final Examinations. Sarah is a member of the Personal Finance Society and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate. She provides holistic financial planning, and is also a Pension Transfer Specialist.

He intends to progress from his current role into an advisory position within the company after obtaining the necessary qualification and experience.

Colin has specialised in pensions and annuities since 2002, when he developed and launched Sharingpensions.co.uk. He graduated from University at Heriot Watt, Edinburgh and, before joining Blackstone Moregate, worked for accountants KPMG, for City Financial Partners (later part of Lincoln National) as a financial advisor, and as an IFA at Rickman Tooze.
